I also remember an old feature back when we had several barracks. By upgrading more barracks to a next level you wild decrease the training time for set troop you unlocked at that level. Also if a barrack had an higher level than the other barracks and you decided to upgrade him to a next level, you wouldn't be able to train the troops you already had unlocked because the other available barracks hadn't unlocked set troops yet.

I do remember vaguely back in the day when searching for a base to raid, one of your units would be automatically selected, which meant that you had to be careful clicking the "skip" button or else you would accidentally start a raid by tapping on the base.
