You sound like a wonderful Father. Your daughter is so blessed to have you as her Daddy and leader of her “domestic church” ! As you seek the Lord above all and reflect on how your actions honor Jesus. I grew up in a home with a lot of screaming and dysfunction, the damage it does to children is unspeakable and long lasting.. but healing is possible through His mercy and grace! God bless you and your family 🙏

Bryan for me, it's "Impatience" that has (so many times) gotten the best of me. Every day, it's been a challenge, yet I think I'm finally understanding how I can serve Jesus best through others.

It is through being Polite and HUMBLE at all times. It is considering another's feelings ahead of my own and allowing that 'other' to express themselves as they will.

If that other person is angry, arrogant or abusive, it is not easy to let them do that, but only through thinking of Jesus in all my replies and through my gaze, I can be gentle and non resistive. If that person becomes violent, I must evade or defend but do it without responding likewise in rage.

Your video has given me insights into how I can serve Jesus through others and do it Better with LESS 'impatience' and thus, avoid at least Some conflicts, that have arisen from my once-thoughtless attitude and actions! Thank you!!! God Bless.

I have spoke about Matthew 25, 43 till blue in face for years in evangelical circles as it always touched my heart and always got the same blank stare reception like I was mental. Now it all makes sense protestants shy from this because it looks like works. So ignoring Christ's teachings so as to not look to catholic is more important🤦. Been on fence for months I think I truly will jump down on the catholic side. 🙏

I think we all have issues with anger right now because everything is so topsy-turvy so this will be a Lent where I hope to persevere haven’t got it down packed but I would love to be able to explain the things that are wrong in this society and what we need to fix without anger although I know that anger can sometimes be justified I think I have to start with realityTroubles but I still be able to do it with love I don’t really have that balance the way I would like it or rather the way I think God would like it

Father, I really appreciate your video, and of course this one as this video reminds me myself. I am many times a bitter person to people who are rude to me and to others. The reason is I want them to learn a lesson in life that they must respect others and get the same treatment. If I don't act quite rude and tough, they will walk on me and others who they keep bullying. Sorry, I just want them to learn a lesson to stop being rude.

This Gentleman has the HOLY SPIRIT in him.... Makes so much sense.... Like mother Teresa said... IT WASN'T ABOUT them it was always about you and him(CHRIST).... DO GOOD TO OTHERS FOR AT THE END ITS BETWEEN YOU AND GOD.... 👍🏻🙏🏻🕵🏻

Thanks for that Bryan. Sometimes I too think I have won the race, have learned everything I need to know, and really can't see in the moment how I can improve much more. That is exactly when God puts a small stumbling block in my life and I fall hard. Then I am able to see (even if for a brief moment) how little I have come and how far I really have to go. It's hard to see but I have to remember that God puts on the world like a set of work gloves and that is how He is shaping me for eternal life with Him. The more I fight it, the harder He has to press to shape me.

I tend to agree with what you have said here concerning charity towards all. I think one important thing to remember is that in order to truly love someone, we must desire their good. When anyone sins, it damages the health of their soul and their relationship with God. I have recently stumbled upon a movement within the Catholic Church of teachers adhering to a modernist theology which insists that "charity" and "love" mean that we cannot speak out against sinful actions committed by others. I believe that if we truly love others, we must do good to the extent we are able, and part of doing good means upholding justice, speaking out against falsehoods, and even avoiding and shunning certain people entirely when necessary as in the case of obstinate sinners and manifest heretics within the Church. I think the part that many Catholics forget is that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil that we call SIN. Charity necessarily opposes sin. I would love to hear your thoughts on these matters (specifically on false teachers within the Church and the people who support them).

Matthew 1:21
She will bear a son and you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.

Titus 3:10-11
After a first and second warning, break off contact with a heretic, realizing that such a person is perverted and sinful and stands self-condemned.

1 John 3:8-10
Whoever sins belongs to the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. Indeed, the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil. No one who is begotten by God commits sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot sin because he is begotten by God. In this way, the children of God and the children of the devil are made plain; no one who fails to act in righteousness belongs to God, nor anyone who does not love his brother.

2 John 1:9-11
Anyone who is so “progressive” as not to remain in the teaching of the Christ does not have God; whoever remains in the teaching has the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him in your house or even greet him; for whoever greets him shares in his evil works.

3 John 1:11
Beloved, do not imitate evil but imitate good. Whoever does what is good is of God; whoever does what is evil has never seen God.

CCC 2317
Injustice, excessive economic or social inequalities, envy, distrust, and pride raging among men and nations constantly threaten peace and cause wars. Everything done to overcome these disorders contributes to building up peace and avoiding war: Insofar as men are sinners, the threat of war hangs over them and will so continue until Christ comes again; but insofar as they can vanquish sin by coming together in charity, violence itself will be vanquished and these words will be fulfilled: "they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."

Protestants have told me that these are only unbelievers being judged, and that "these least of these My brethren" are the Christians here. Thus it seems they argue that some unbelievers may be considered to have "accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour" in sort of vicarious way through Christians.
