This particular kind of equity is known as racism. Although the far left has radically redefined the word racism, as well as many other words, in true 1984 style.

Quasi-Equity scratches the surface of commerce. Quasi-legal makes a personal jurisdiction, private is private.

There is a difference between "equality" and "equity". Equality means justice is applied to all without regard for race. Equity means rigging the system so the results are the same by race. Two very, very different things.
