To ensure equity means those who are smarter, perform better and work harder will not be rewarded for their extra contributions, so more and more of them will move to another state or even country because they know they will be rewarded better elsewhere, eventually leaving those who perform poorly to feed on each other until nothing is left.

Equity - what you put into something you own to maintain or increase value.

Ex: home equity - fix the leaky pipes, deteriorating floors, leaky roof to maintain or increase it's resale value

My example of personal or human equity: To learn a skill/trade, practice it, and you will be more valuable to your current or future employers or customers to maintain or increase your resale value. This includes but is not limited to ethics, knowledge, skills, etc

The missing ingredient is merit, generally associated in every civilization with genuine effort, which can move you forward. This, sadly has become somehow associated with racism and supremacy, and has therefore been eliminated in deference to sanctimonious entitlement, which requires no effort beyond angry helplessness

1. WHO can’t decide if masks are good or bad, and they are now a subject matter expert on Equality va Equity?
2. No two people start at the same place. Talents and abilities and work ethic will differ from person to person. This absolutely matters and is a major contributing factor to these outcomes of “equity”.

Equity
the quality of being fair or impartial; fairness; impartiality:
something that is fair and just:

I believe that the problem does not arise form the word, or its meaning, but from those who want to be the arbiter of what is fair and just. It is not fair or just to take form those who have worked for what they have and give it to those who have not done any work, to make things economically even. This is what socialism wants to do. Yet, where ever it has been tried it leads to hunger, oppression, deprivation, disease, dictators, and death.

That’s not the definition of equity . You guys used a false definition of equity that fits your narrative. Equity is not about ending at the same point it’s about acknowledging that we don’t start at the same point. Nice try though.
