I cut mine in half on a paper plate or wax paper.
Then, using scissors, make a slit with scissors on each side going up towards the end of each side-pull up the wrapper and all the sausage falls out.
Then cut in slices if desired or just put it all in the skillet to cook up for making sausage gravy.
Disinfect those scissors and your knife when finished 🥰
