Future pilots go to work for airlines with a real first class (lay flat bed) your wife/partner will thank you for it. I don't mean domestic first class. American, Delta, United. Your family is a team as the management calls their employee groups. Future pilots make sure your team or future team is treated right during your working years and retirement years which vacations are a great re energizer for your family team and you. Your wife also put up with the crap that the commuter airlines put you thru to secure a job at a major. make sure the major has a real first class, not a domestic first (southwest, Alaska). half the vacation is the traveling to the destination that your wife has always dreamed of in her childhood. Travel to that dream in a real first class.

A lot of people would work for this company but they do not have midday/night time positions. They want people to be able to work any time of the day, but they should separate the schedules. By doing so they would get more people.
