Was not able to open any chat. Removing and reinstalling app remedied the problem with keeping all latest chats. Thank you

I removed as it hang a lot, after I try to install as me about activation code from my other device but I don't know what is activation code?

My problem i deleted too many times, and now when I restart my phone the telegram apps are on the screen but not at the storage setting, if i delete it and want to download it shows that telegram are still in my phone but clearly not ..

How is deleting the app and reinstalling a solution. Thats an obvious things. Other options provided by you here dont work for me and i cant delete the app cz i will lose all the chat
