Mine is not working even after doing all this. Why would telegram restrict their code to just sms instead of giving other options like email, WhatsApp which must definitely go through

They don't even give any option, they were only telling me that an SMS was sent to my inbox which is false 😂😭

Don't do this process it's doesn't work.
You can solve your problem by using any VPN beacuse telegram is not working there but if you clear your cache then it's doesn't work.
If you clear your cache then delete the telegram and re-download then do the same thing that I'm telling above...

If it's still not working then tell me I'm trying my best to solve your problem..
