For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

the iron players choose the map, choose the opponents' agents, and are given a week to know each other, plan out strategies, practice, with coaching, etc.

the bronze (or higher rank) players are total strangers; no strategy planning, no prior knowledge of the agents that they would play, and no comms until the second half
