AVO Meter Multimeter Model 16 test repair Teardown

AVOMETER, this funny cool old analog Multimeter model 16, is from about 1971,
it was blown up several places and repaired by previous owners,
a bit clean and fix, and now it works fine again, see also the max readout shut off protection switch is opperated by the meter out of scale position,
