Another myth busted | Is Copa Mundial really a heavy football boot?

"Copa Mundial football shoes are too heavy!"
I hear this all the time! that's why I decided to end this debate by weighing Copa Mundial and comparing it to the modern football boots.

We used Adidas Speedflow 3 & Nike's Phantom Venum. The sizes of all three boots are similar (41-42).

Having said that, Copa Mundial will be heavier in wet conditions as it has kangaroo leather.

Look all I can say is that two days ago I bought my first pair of Copa Mundial and I used them for the first time yesterday, they feel as if I used them for months on the first wear, there is a reason why these boots haven't been changed in the past 40+ years, they didn't feel heavy and the touch was incredible! For sure a lot better and softer than the Adidas Nemesis ive had for the past few years. Im 31 but through out my playing years I've had Vapors, F50, F10, COPA D'OR and to be honest this is the best boot I've ever owned. So for all the kids out there going for the hype boot, I highly recommend getting these ones.

I dont know what kind of copa mundials you have but mine with 40 2/3 size without insoles weigh 280g … in comparison to my puma king shoesize 42 they weigh 235g. If you want guys i can send pictures… maybe they changed the copa after i bought it. (2018)

Googled and it seems weight should be over 300 grams, however your video shows 213 grams. Confused now. Was considering buying one but now confused by the weight
