I don’t care if she was homeless or whatever. She was a human being. A simple innocent soul sleeping and unaware what was happening around her. Nobody deserves to be set on fire! I couldn’t imagine the anguish her family must be feeling. My own sister was at one point homeless after over a decade of drug addiction. She’s been clean for almost seven years now and has a home and a job and is surrounded by her children and grandchildren. This woman, whatever led to her circumstances, had people who loved her. The human piece of trash that did this to her deserves no mention, no consideration, and no recourse to public compassion. After he’s had his day in court, he also shouldn’t be a burden to the US taxpayer but should be immediately deported to a jail in his own country. American citizens owe him nothing but contempt. May this woman’s family and friends someday find peace.
