I think it's safe to say that this is the worst and one of the most expensive builds I've ever seen. The helmet alone is probably worth at least 100 ex (or it would be, if Winter Orb didn't get gutted.)

Even the Headhunter I vaaled wasn't able to rescue this build, because Headhunter kind of requires killing rares in a timely manner, which this build can't do.

On stream, we determined that the build was T11-viable, but not T12-viable. Even then, it's very touch-and-go depending on the map mods. If I removed the restriction on triggered skills, it could just be a Poet's Pen build, so everything would be trivialized anyway.

I crafted everything myself, except the Mark of the Elder, Eternity Shroud, and the Shaper's Touch.

The bow I crafted in 1 essence (+2 cold gems, for a CoC Ice Spear build.) No joke.

The Shaped Fractal Thoughts took about 1000c in Perfect fossils to hit 30% quality (lol), ~5 Enchanted fossils to hit the enchant (RIP Empyrian), and ~1500 Chance/Scours, and it rolled 1% off perfect.

I chanced the Hyrri's Bite in about 50 Chance/Scours, did the prophecy, and Divined it a few times.

The Shaped Pyre took roughly 8 Exalts in Chance/Scour to hit, and I made 6 Shaped Dream Fragments before I hit it.

The Cyclopean Coil is the same one from the Quackening video.

The boots I chaos spammed, crafted the resist, and slammed the +10 ES/EV (trying to hit life). They're not worth much. Ideally they would have Dex, but I have uncapped resists as it is.

The Amulet I chaos spammed for the prefixes (something like 3000c,) crafted Prefixes Cannot Be Changed, and used the Beastcraft for "Removes one Prefix, adds 1 Suffix" because that's only ~10c instead of 1 ex to slam a Suffix, and Scoured it if I didn't hit 2 good suffixes (which leaves only the prefixes. Using a Chaos Orb does modify the prefixes, though. Don't do that like I did and waste 2 ex.)
I was hoping to hit +35 all attributes, +58 dex (essence-only), 12% increased attributes, 1% increased Damage per 15 Dexterity, and 50% increased Elemental Damage with Attacks. That would be a mirror-worthy amulet, for sure, but I didn't hit it.
