500g mince with 20% fat (drain excess water)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1/2 carrot (finely chopped)
3 tbsp green masala paste
1 large egg
Salt to taste

1 cup fresh cilantro
4-5 green chillies
8 peppercorn
4 cloves
1” cinnamon stick piece
3 green cardamom
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Tamarind (walnut size)
1 lime juice
Salt to taste

1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1/2 carrot (finely chopped)
1/3 cup fresh peas
Water
Cilantro for garnishing
Salt
Oil
