For 1 month I wrote down all stuff I ate and their chemicals. Its shocking how much it was and however I already watched what I'm eating and organic food.

I don't understand why people are resistant to a whole foods plant based diet. It eliminates all these problems and our bodies thrive on it.

I’m thinking lecithin and carrageenan don’t belong in this list. These are found naturally in foods.

I eat all real food meat fruit vegetables full fat dairy no issues . It’s all the processed stuff that ppl abuse and I exercise strength train too plus hiit . Muscles are key to longevity! many studies have proven muscle mass = longer life longer health span !

I'm the first person to advocate for eating real food; that said, neither lecithin nor carageenan are particularly harmful, and are naturally found in egg yolk and edible seaweed respectively.

Our hormones are made of cholesterol and fat is vital for excellent health ! Real fat not processed seed oil ! Egg yolks are super good ! My hormones did not balance during menopause until I started eating eggs, butter, and animal fats ! No more hrt at all just real damn food ! Don’t be afraid of real fats
