I just I just purchased my hormone cream for the first time yesterday and I was surprised when it did not come with instructions. They asked me if I had questions but as a first timer you don’t know what questions to ask. Any thoughts?

Would have been more helpful to know which hormone cream she's talking about (estriol? progesterone?). I assume NOT estriol...and it'd be nice to know to know how to apply that one too. TY

Hello, and thank you for the information! Would you please advise if it matters what time of day you should apply the cream, am or pm. I was advised to apply it when I get out of the shower, but in my readings I'm seeing where some articles are talking about using it in the am verses pm. Would you give me your thoughts, thank you so much!

I think you are supposed to stop using 5 days. And then start back 21 days. Anyone heard that?
