Why nobody answer the comments. I normally use the app with my phone but it’s spoiled now I bought a new phone (other serie) I download the app, put the correct informations and they ask me to Register the new devise they ask a hardware 😮😮😮that I don’t understand, what are those token, e-token ??? Can you explain to me??

I registered with the process on my iPhone for my coperate account but the moment I login it shows no account available. However the android version works well for my savings account.

I down loaded the app on my IPAD and everything work well except it asks me for PIN at the end of transaction. When I enter my Debit card it doesn't work. When I enter my internet PIN it also doesn't work. Please advise.
