As a tech savvy, this bank is the worst bank ever, you people are not coordinated, this bank makes things very difficult for there customers, how can have an app that does not work, what is happening to your back end, your app is never responsive.

I don't know why your useless mobile App won't register a new device without a hardware token. You guys will just wake up one day and make a useless decision. why should I have a hardware token to register a new device when I already have my debit card and registered phone number to receive OTP.

I already have a zenith mobile app but when I upgraded my iOS I could not access it anymore. I don’t get a login screen. All I get is the register/open account screen. Am I supposed to register all over again? Please help

I lost my old phone and went to create a new banking profile and a new ATM card since the previous one expired but still I can't register with my new debit card on the mobile app. The error message is:
''Warning, cannot complete your registration at the moment. Please try later or begin the registration process afresh'".

I've tried severally even at nights when there's good network but to no avail, I can't also pay fees online with the card. I can't also access quickteller with the card.

What am I to do and it's a Mastercard?
