I've been so worried about the pain I'm having on my left side of my breast it's been 2 days now after I had anxiety a few days ago . And I have to cut down coffee since you mentioned it here . This video is very informative and it helps me a lot

ok i've narrowed mine to 4 reasons:
1. PMS week
2. Tight bra
3. My Isotretinoin pills
4. Stress and anxiety because of exams

I like it when you say, the pain can go away just before you start the treatment.


I just have the inflated, heavy painful nipples, it's less tha 7 days know, feel little bit better. But m not used to this new size😞.

I feel shoulder's pain, breast pain even brain pain even abdominal pain also throat pain I didn't know what should I do ??? I did ECG before three months, abdominal ultrasound all test were clear, also feel eyes pain what should I ??? Should I use vitamin capsule's??? For this ?? Even my eyes test is clear but facing dry eyes . No doctor can't understand my pain 😭😭😭 because I know what I am feeling 🥺🥺 I am a man but I have a huge breast 😔😔 I also did thoryid test which is also the clear now I am listing healing music therapy to cure this but not any medicine cure my pain😔
