Good job guys for updating these videos for new owners of the Crossfire 👍 The Explode Text was forgotten to be mentioned in your original Text video, when I was new to Fusion 360 it took me like a hour to figure that (explode text) out and after I did I posted a comment in the original video of how to do that. Thanks again for updating these videos.

Very useful, thank you, if I have an existing DXF drawing for laser cutting, can I use the same procedure in order to have the text laser cut as well?

I noticed you use the front view for all of these. It does seem like the top view would be the view to use. But of course I will follow your lead since you are the crossfire CAD teacher.

I've got a cheap cnc plasma table. I'm spending a lot of time connecting lines. lines that not straight. For example a capital H is all straight lines it cuts that perfect. But a S, D, R or B is a different story there are so many small lines that are not connected that it pierces every time the line are not connected. any idea how to fix that

This is very useful, but I can't seem to figure out how to put text onto (cut into) a design. The idea is to plasma cut an outline of my state, and then, cut the numbers out of the state. How do you go about "adding" text into an outline design? Thanks for your help. PS... just ordered my machine, so learning and making designs while I wait for it to arrive!
