What if still stuck in safe mode loop after doing all this? Did teardown+clean and found nothing out of ordinary. Tried two drives.

Both got me to Playstation menu but if I power off console and boot it again, puts me back into safe mode, then I'm stuck in safe mode.

Took before pics during teardown so know I didn't mess it up and built few PC's so I know dangers of static shock and etc. Had no problem at all during disassembly and reassembly.
