if you are not able to find the email option (you can try this)
1.Just go to gmail account
2. Compose a email
3. State your problem and if you can attach a screenshot of your www.youtube.com/features page do it
5. Be patient
if you do not get reply keep trying and send it daily
i was able to fix my problem after 6-7 emails

For those who are having issue opening the link or emailing the support team follow this
1.open link in description
2.Once page loads click on email the creator support
3.click on leave how to contact creator support team
4.then just read the stuff shown on the screen and just do as it says and you should be good to go.
