after selecting the visit site option I'm only able to see the title of my project website not the actual website... please help

the first thing you did was to click on "settings" but on my github repository page there is no settings button displayed.
how do i fix that

i was an idiot once and clicked the 3 dots beside the link of my page (there is none there in the video but i had them in my computer) and hit the "Unpublish site" option. And then the link of the page disappeared and could never got it back. Now in some repositories i have the link and in others i don't. Is there a way to get them back? what did i do exactly?
