This is going to sound weird but as a person with a desire to know about these horror films, without any intention to watch them I appreciate that you give out the full plot rather than explaining it half way and then saying "but if you want the rest you'll have to watch it for yourself." which I've seen in multiple other videos. It just still haunts me to this day that Junko's murders are still out there in the world to this day. I heard at least one or two of them went to jail, but not related to her case. I also find it sickening that during the time after her murder, one of the boys' moms blamed Junko for ruining her son's life...Like excuse me??? Your son and his friends murdered a girl, get a grip.

Junko was held captive in the room of one of the kidnappers. At the same time, normal life was going on in the house. His parents lived there and did not notice anything, or so they claimed. The case of this poor girl is shocking.

Most people believe he was killed because he was gay but the strange thing is that he was working on a book called "Petrolio", that investigate and expose the crimes committed by ENI (italian petroil compani) and it's executives. After he was killed one conspicuous chapter, titled "Lampi sull' ENI" disappeared from the draft of the book. Last thing in one interview Pasolini said (roughly translated sorry): "i know exactly what is happening in certain environments but i 'm lacking proof, so no one would believe me"

Man, whenever I get reminded about the Junko story my heart drops a bit. This poor girl had to endure a month and a half of brutal torture. Even now, her grave is constantly defaced by the family members of the attackers for “ruining their kid’s futures”. How twisted in the head can you be, that you fail to realize the bigger picture? The poor girl can’t even rest in the afterlife. RIP Junko

Random fact: The cast of SALO said they felt utterly sick when they first watched the movie as they'd had so much fun on set and while they (obviously) knew the context of the script it wasn't until it was put together they say how disturbing it was. Quite a few of the actors said it was still the best experience they'd had on set (for fun wise).
