I saw them in 1972 at a small place in St Louis and what a fantastic Show!! The crowd was saying that they themselves, the Alice Cooper band members were handing out Lsd – Acid to the people in the audience during the warm up act. They took foooor-ever to come out on stage.

Alice Cooper’s first song was “Sunrise” and he came crouching on stage banging a claw hammer on the floor when he got to the front he slipped and lost the hammer in the crowd. Alice Copper covered a pedophile’s song, as Sunrise was written and performed by Rolf Harris. He had no way of knowing of course, nobody knew. I ate a hit of the Lsd that was going around at the Alice Cooper concert; Orange Sunshine. Good Acid, Great Show. I was 18 in 1972 and “I’m Eighteen” was my theme song up until “Takin’ Care Of Business” came out
