That is what I teach and that is my purpose. To help everyone learn how to manage their life and their time so they can enjoy their lives and build a life they are truly proud of.

If that is what you want, please join me in helping others find joy and enthusiasm in what they do and to help them build a life of happiness, success and fulfilment. We can all do it. You just need to learn how to do it.

Hi Carl the problem with the Gmail extension is that the link only appears to remain valid if you keep the email in your inbox! As soon as you archive the email or move it to a different label and then click on the link in the task you just end up back in your inbox but don't see the email. As such this makes this extension a non-starter unless you want to keep all your task related emails ( and can remember which ones they are) in the Gmail inbox. Am I doing something wrong?

I had trouble with gmail because I didn't have the link as shown on video. I did discover however on the right side of my gmail account there is a "+" button and when you hit on it there is a G Suite marketplace with a list of products that work with gmail, so I selected Todoist and install and then I could pick back up with this video

Hey Carl, I really to have ONE problem with todoist an it's templates. Maybe you have any idea, because I don't have any clue to solve this:

- I have about 30 appointment in 6 months in different towns with different guests an partners, which came with the exact kind of todos an subtasks.
- I have a template, where I have all tasks for one appointment.
- To every appointment there are things to do on different days BEFORE the real appoinment.
- For example: 10 days before - sending an email to partner askign for documents // 3 days before - got all documents? // 3 days before - check when I have to leave the house an put in in a calender // 2 days before - reading the documents etc.
- BUT I have to change the due-date on every single subtask by hand! Everytime. That's a lot work.
- I wish I could have setting a „end-date“ for ONE task (or template) in the template and the other date would be generated on the fly (-10 days / monday before XXX / -1 Week or something like that.)

I hope you understood what I ment, what I tried to described in my best english ;)
