Aero wheels look cooler though, I'll pedal 1.00875% harder and just keep them on 💯

DT Swiss 1400 dicut 62mm for me. Aero enough, light enough, cool enough, no presta valve extender, enough cross wind stability, not too expensive.

I think in road racing it depends on if it's a summit finish. In triathlon courses usually start and end at the transiting area. Obviously that makes it a loop, you'll get more aero benefit on the downhill sections than you lose on the uphill sections.

it's both....that's why manufactures are making lighter and lighter aero bikes as tech for me I'll take my 7.3kgs Vitus Zenium that I built for $1900... it's light enough and very comfortable yet very stiff for sprinting and climbing and I have no problem beating the local guys in laps around Central Park in

You can't give an exact number for and that's OK, but you COULD give a number for ppl who ride 40k at around 30km/h, and ppl who ride that at around 35, and ppl who ride are 40km/h, so that would be more useful for prospective Oly tri wannabees. No?
