A few things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it causes tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

I was diagnosed to have BOTH female pattern baldness AND chronic telegen effluvium. I have been on oral minoxidil and finasteride for 2 months. I'm now seeing hair growing where I do not want it, so I am not sure what to do. Will talk to my Dr. about possibly reducing the dose of minoxidil. I really want to put an end to this hair loss, but neither do I want to grow a beard. I'm even seeing some hairs growing on my knuckles!
