▷ Trying to find I wear, eat, and read on a regular basis?! It's all here!!

🔴 Although I have over 1000 videos on skincare and acne I realized sometimes it's still hard for people to remember which acne products I recommend, vs those that I think are a waste of money!

I decided to create this helpful skincare list of breakout and other skin products that are acne-safe, that I personally recommend and put them all in one place! I hope you find this helpful- enjoy!

when i tell you calming down was genuinely the biggest part of slowing my hair loss. getting enough sleep, cutting out social media, eating better - it all contributes to stress reduction.

My heart goes out to you. I am on medication that's making mine fall out as well. I am going to get hair extensions maybe or shave my head. I'm sad about it too. 😞😞 Hugs

I had a similar problem and started eating a can or two of sardines per week and noticed a huge difference in my stress levels and my skin and hair health. They have a great combination of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals that support hair, skin, and brain health.

Cass I’ve been following you since cystic acne days - filming in the living room with the big couch behind you, you helped me get through my cystic acne, hormone issues, and now thank you for sharing this hair journey as well. PCOS came for my skin first, and now it’s trying for my hair - going from thick, luscious hair that everyone envied to having visible scalp is another kind of insecurity I wouldn’t ever wish on anyone. Cass, I just want to say thank you, I appreciate you and your candour, and your support throughout my life.

I was experiencing this during a very stressful and tough period of my life. I noticed improvements when I stopped eating fast processed foods started eating only whole foods, meditation/mindfulness, exercising 5 days a week for 1 hour in addition to keeping myself busy and active throughout the day.

I have struggled with hair loss! I shaved my head a few years ago, just so I could provide myself the comfort of knowing that even with no hair, I am still beautiful and worthy of love :)

have you thought about cutting your hair a bit shorter, like a cute curly bob? The longer your hair is the bigger is the tension on your roots. they tangle easier, they stuck in or rub on clothes and ghey would look much fuller when you get rid of the thin ends.

For me! Vitamin C, B complex, D3, Magnesium, Zinc, Omega 3. Eating a shit ton of liver. Stinging nettle tea once a day. It blocks a whole lot of crap that impacts hair follicle death.

Maybe a blood test to see if you iron absorption is ok and check others minerals like vitamin D and also your TSH and TPO for Check your Thyroid? Big hug

Look into gut inflammation/poor vitamin absorption, PCOS/insulin resistance, and lack of vitamin D which is actually a hormone not really a vitamin. A lot of these things could cause a domino reaction mean you could have all of them when one leads to another. Good luck on your journey girl I’m going through it right now too 🙏🏼🕊️❤️

Same here! Stress got me hard 😅 Now I'm oiling my hair 2-3 times a week before shampoo (using rosemary/castor oil, leaving it for 1h to 4h). Doing yoga to balance stress levels. Eating soaked almonds and dates every day. After 3-4 months I finally got lots of baby hair! It just takes times but it worked

Finasteride and minoxidil, generic answer. I know it can be different for women but those two really changed my life. They totally worked for me!

In India we use onion juice mixed with olive oil. Put for 20 min and no more. U might feel like you have fever, but this works . Can try every 2 times per week . Namaste 🙏🏽☺️

I suffered from hair loss as consequence of a disease called Chikungunya, transmitted my mosquitoes here in Brazil. My main recommendation is exercise, cutting your hair short, and cleaning and caring for your gut health. You got this!

I am so so sorry that you have to experience this 😢 I suffered from massive hair loss a few years ago due to a medication. I feel you and I just wanted to tell you that you're absolutely beautiful cause you're just a beautiful soul and nothing could ever change that! ❤️

PROTEIN. I tried so many things. Like you I tried each one at a time and then decided to just throw all the spaghetti at the wall. What finally worked for me was caster oil and rosemary. But even more was INCREASING MY PROTEIN.

You should try high frequency wand. I noticed it works well in combination with red light therapy.
