How To Compress a Video File Without Losing Quality

Video files can be very large in size and it can take a long time to upload these large files to youtube or other social media sites. Compressing these files can make them smaller and faster to upload also is a better way to store your files because they are not as big and don't take up as much storage space. The trick is to compress these video files without losing any quality to the video itself and to do this we will be using VLC. It's a free program you can download.

It is 800MB to 20MB, not 20GB to 20MB like in the thumbnail.
Am I missing something?

It's very good that it works but it also reduced the time of the video which was 1.51 sec it became 46 sec video only... How to solve this

well at one video, i saw at that options, youtube option had selected, and then file size has reduced!!
