Guys if you watch Youtube to improve your pool game this is the only channel you need. Bryan is the ONLY Pool Youtuber that talks for a while then demonstrates the shots all in one take. There are other pool channels that have good info but they can't hit the shots on command the way Bryan does. Bravo to you Bryan!!

I requested an updated bank shot video a few weeks ago, and you said you’d work on one, and bam, here we are. Way to keep the fans happy, Bryan. 🤟👏👏👏

THANK YOU! I run into these cross rail shot positions ALL THE TIME and had no idea how others made these balls look so easy to make. I was missing the subtle english. I'm headed to the table NOW! Thanks for another great lesson!

I consider myself a pretty decent bank shot shooter, however one thing that definitely helped me massively improve was randomly discovering and watching some bank pool tournaments. It's a super tough game given that only pure bank shots are allowed, no flukes, no bank combos, no kicks etc. Given that a ball comes back up when you make one in the wrong pocket and on a scratch, a ball comes back up and you have to shoot from the head string line, it's not a very appealing game for beginners. It's very tough! However, if you're an intermediate level player/banker, playing even one session of bank pool once every couple weeks will boost your bank skills big time. It's also great for creativity/experimentation with banks, especially with multi rail options. Great video Bryan, as always!

Man. This guy is impressive shooter. Even if edited - you still drillled several consecutive tough shots like they’re easy. Savage

Love it, I used to know all this stuff 30+ years ago. But it faded from my memory. You're helping me out A LOT. 😀

NOTE: In this video I am using my IKON 3 with the Predator 314.3 shaft. No special reason, just rotating the equipment in the videos a little. I still love my Revo and my P3. Thanks for watching!

Brian! My favorite instructor. Your ways of teaching and instruction to Mr are the best. I don't use the so called diamond system fir banks, I use instinct and it works well for me. The English instruction in this video is gonna help me out a lot. Thank you! Keep up the gr8 work...🎱🎱🎱

LOL I am an APA 3 (after 2 matches), but I have been using most of these bank shots in 8 ball. The last bank, though was an eye opener. Thank you for that. I will be practicing that. I forgot to mention, that I am playing 9 ball for the first time in a league. It is a big adjustment. I am beginning to love my 9 ball league with APA. I had originally signed up to play 8 ball, but the "secretary" assigned me to a 9 ball team. I must say that I like the APA format.

I like your bluntness. I am not offended if I fit some of your descriptions because you are making me understand what can make me better. Thank you.

2nd time watching this, and YES! - I've made this cut the 2 ball back in the corner shot in a match! I'm an APA 3 in 8-ball and 4 in 9-ball. Your videos have taught me not to be shy about using draw, force follow, right and left english. THANKS!

That is the TRUTH brother my son is a GIMMICK player looks at all these videos on how to bank kick ect… and always amazed on how I can get on the table and just look at the set up and make 85% of all my bank shots. I tell him It’s all insane and the years that I’ve been playing. it’s just like a basketball u need to know how to control that ROCK AND MAKE IT DO WHAT YOU WANT IT TO DO.

Good video. People watching: also remember that side spin effects the speed of the cue ball when judging your position after the bank.

Thanks so much Bryan this is great, I can understand this left to go right English now. I'm a senior and play everyday at the center 8 & 9 ball. I l really like the bank shots and some guys dread them - they are fun to do. Thanks for your help, great video.

Thank you sooo much for this video, Brian! I am the kind of pool player who would much rather prefer banking the ball over cutting the ball any day of the week because I find it more difficult to find that cut angle and now your video has also helped me to understand when banking the ball will help with my position play as well. Much appreciated!

Hey Players: Have you used english to assist you in making bank shots in the past, or even to get position from a bank shot.

Have seen Bugs Rucker use some contrary English for steeper banks while simultaneously positioning the cue ball for the next shot. In other words, rather than putting running English on the object ball, he forced it to shorten to the middle pocket whereas otherwise it would run towards middle of the rail. Neat stuff.
