Born and living in Singapore. I always struggle to finish my drink at McDonald's. I would rather have the sizes from Hong Kong. Actually I like Hong Kong's McDonald's a lot, when I was there I was so surprised at how different their menu was! They get soy milk as one of their drink options. In Singapore I don't have much options outside of carbonated drinks, except to pay a little more for orange juice :/

I'm surprised to see in Canada we have a larger large then the USA, everything else in the US is like 2x bigger then here.

I think Japan's portion sizes are perfect. I used to work at McDonalds and hated all the food, but you get a free crew meal so I sucked it up. If I wanted fries, I'd get a tiny box specifically made for the kid's meals. Oh, and people who like the Sweet Tea: There is an entire 5 pound bag of sugar mixed into the tea container. Be careful when drinking that shit; especially if you're at risk for diabetes. I remember we had regulars that would come in constantly just to buy the tea in the largest size possible. Indulging a little is fine, but consuming that stuff regularly is dangerous.

As a Canadian I don't see how us & Singapore are more than the states, though, Canada does not have super size! Not sure about Singapore
