True story. I made a lanyard to put my scissors onto. I was making a quilt and was constantly loosing my scissors so I thought this would be a great way to keep them handy. I got busy outside the craft room and was wearing the lanyard and sat back down to sew again. I could not find my scissors. I looked everywhere. Yes, they were around my neck.

I use the cutting mats, the 2 pack for patterns. Just for my doll clothes patterns. I can see through them to ensure the fabric is cute.

A lady at the quilting shop told me that dollar stores have some pretty good fabric! I agree not the greatest selection though…

I like to glue the pattern to the folders before I cut them out so I have all the markings.
