My grandpa has COPD and before this video was uploaded my mom had told me he was taking all these herbs and it has helped him tremendously especially with his breathing. How crazy. Thank you for this video.

I make a tea using ground ginger, ground thyme, cinnamon, tumeric, and honey. My husband has COPD and this concoction helps him to breath so much better.

I was corona positive. During quarantine, I took hot water and teas mixed in little QUST HINDI, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black seeds KALONJI, lemon. Now my cough and pain are reduced and almost gone.

I eat no processed food, no transfats, no glycemic foods, no sugar. Broardly speaking, do eat loads of good fat with a leaning to omega 3, ginger, tumerick, garlic, crucifious veg, quality high fat meat. As organic as I can get. Gone from obesse and sick to a competeing althelete full of health in a very short time. Not had a cold or flue in 3 years. No the slightest fear of covid.

I been using garlic, cayenne, and turmeric, daily for many many years. Never been sick, though I went through a cleaning process with lungs and came up with nicotine mucus, I smoked twenty five years ago. I never thought I was sick just the body cleaning itself. We are amazing creatures. Sometime the body goes through cleaning processes, be patient with it..

I was having trouble breathing, and was coughing up mucus so bad my insides were hurting. I drank a cup of Mullein Tea and I could breathe easier almost immediately. I had a cup at lunch. And dinner. I was feeling 90% better in about 12 hours. When I woke up, I coughed about a teaspoon of mucus, had another cup, blew my nose and was 100% better.
No mucus, no cough, no pain, breathing was amazingly clear. This is an awesome herb!

One you did not mention is ginger.
It has anti-inflammatory properties
Used as and antibiotic or infections and used in the treatment of asthma.

After I had pneumonia I did a lot of research on medicinal herbs but one of the things that helped me the most was going gluten-free. I stop wheezing and stop having sinus infections.

There's an herb most people seem to miss... Marshmallow Root, it helps with lung support as well and has a very interesting history dating back to the Egyptians.
