Jump on public groups for rifts or bounties at the start of the season when the player base is alot higher. Great for solo players but in SC only not HC

So I’m regards to all this “after level 70” stuff… I just did the campaign and I’m only level 50. Should I be focusing on getting to level 70 asap? Or start working on the bounties? Should I replay the campaign on higher difficulties(I did it on hard) in order to level up before I get into the nitty gritty of adventure mode?

I’ve just hi lvl 70 in my first ever Diablo. I’ve absolutely no idea what to do. Nobody I know plays. I’m on PS5. So just do the bounties in all acts? Then do rifts? Do I just put the difficulty up when it gets to easy?
