Nice tips ! The 8th way to get a lot of fibers is lentils. Lentils are awesome to get fibers. When I am low on fiber during a day, I replace rice by lentils and get a ton of fibers that way.

I love that you included Cocoa and Peanut Butter. I think people tend to believe if you want to up your fibre intake, you need to just pile on the veggies, but there are much more common and frequently used sources for your day to day person. Thank you! Will definitely do more like this. I think they are great. As far as too much fiber - unless you're have a bad reaction to the amount your taking then you shouldn't be too worried. I'd say I'm around that as well (50-70g/day). Keeps me full!

Great sources of fibre Derek. I love.organic cocoa powder and use it ever day as well as psyllium husks to thicken things up such as protein pancakes. Thanks Hun
