This always puzzled me. I thought it was being indoors with others more perhaps. But it never made sense that being cold or wet would make you sick, it didn't make sense. Else - all those ice bath enthusiasts would be toast.

but it weakens your immune system

I knew 100 per cent that being cold made me more likley to get sick. I would always get sick when i was cold and did not believe it when people saidbthere was no relationship between the two.
