How to uninstall the Phone Link app on Windows 10 and 11

Although not recommended, it is possible to force uninstall the app using a PowerShell command: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

Keep an eye out for fresh content uploaded regularly.

Helpful, I had to uninstall it because it just kept opening on startup despite me having it disabled. It started acting like malware so I got rid of it. ty!

windows 10 64 bit i go into App & features and i don't have Phone link app but when my laptop boots up the phone link app opens up. what is wrong with this ?

This no longer works! i had mine uninstalled with this nmethod successfully but then later on windows reinstalled it automatically and when i tries to uninstall it again with the same method it says package not found but the app is still there!

The command provided is about uninstalling "Your Phone" not "Phone Link". When I use it, I get a message the applcation (Your Phone) in not installed on my system. If I replace YourPhone with PhoneLink, I don't get any message and I'm back to the prompt. But the application is not uninstalled.

Hi there - Would you be able to help me with uninstalling the link to windows on my Samsung A52S phone? I have tried everything and no luck! My concern is in my settings, when I fo a scan, the link to windows is showing a malware error but when you try and uninstall it, nothing happens! Would appreciate any help you can offer! I have two group chats that are not on my phone but this app won't remove them. So I can't chat to the people individually via the app as it's still got them list as group. How do I fix that?
