Brush your teeth 30-60 minutes before you use the strips! Wait 30 mins with the strips on, then you rinse and wait another 30-60 mins before brushing again (if you would like)

If you're going to brush before the strips, use non-fluoride paste. Fluoride will make it harder for the strips to stick to your teeth.

Don't brush with fluoride toothpaste otherwise the fluoride might prevent them getting as white as possible

You’re not supposed to brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste directly before, which 99% of people will own. If you do, you need to wait up to 4 hours. This is basic.
