nope, its disingenuous to compare this to tupperware. the lid you see only loosely covers it and comes off with just a tilt. ive bought this and returned it

i have these pans and while they're okay they have awful residue on the bottom and make everything gray

The handle does not grip onto the pan when the side of the pan the handle grips on to us greasy. Still a good practical product.

These have been common with a luxury French brand for years (Tefal, also French, makes a more affordable version). Bloomingdale’s started carrying them many years ago, though the ones you could buy there were stainless steel.

I have similar handles and they are incredible. Impossible to accidentally unclip them, very easy to use and you can use multiple on one pan, so yoi can easily carry a hot pan with 2 handles. I seriously recommend it.

Cast Iron and stainless steel (and variants of) is built for life and is timeless. All others eventually become trash 🗑️

Yeah, seems like a great idea except for if you want to use it as a dish to eat out of your plate or bowl is now 316°
