The devs literally said the only reason Frank can be beat is because a game isnt fun if it cant be beat and another one of the devs said Frank would of survived the oil rig explosion too, meaning the only reason he lost is plot.

Just to put it out there I believe the Big MT and the cybernetics doc are both canonical to the Courier meaning they are incredibly stacked in terms of enhancements. They're as durable as Frank.
