I agree with this video. Looking back, I was eating very bad. Now I’m eating more healthy but not really following the food sensitivity test anymore results anymore. I had dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and some fruits and veggies light up for me. And eliminating all these foods made me constipated and I think I need more carbs.

So many vapid chrioquackers will push this bs onto gullible people. Currently, my poor mother is placing her faith in these charlatans. Telling her not to eat blueberries, turkey, fish, and a whole plethora of other nutrient rich foods. Makes me so angry.
