JS is built on the fundamentally flawed assumption that a language with a simple to learn syntax produces simple to understand code. Hence the reason why whatever current JS flavor of the month frameworks are popular right now are utilizing Typescript instead. The problem is that adding types to JS is an after thought in the same way that adding objects to C was. Also, whatever cookie cutter framework is popular right now has so much boiler plate that the code has little resemblance to vanilla JS. I could go on, but it don't really agree that learning JS first will do any long term favors for beginners.

You should learn html/css first if you want to be a web dev

Wrong wrong wrong. You have two choices, work down the abstraction stack ( python->java-->c/c++) or work it bottom up (c/c++ ->java -> python). Doing the harder stuff (Linux, networking, low level programming) will make you more desirable and your salary will be higher and you'll have less competition. Web is for the birds and can be outsourced very easily for cheap, I would not recommend it to anyone getting started. If you eventually learn to work from a command line and editor such as vim in Linux and debug the old fashioned way you'll learn how to correct mistakes better and your life will be easier down the line but you'll probably want to quit and shoot yourself a few times along the way.

In 2007, Jeff Atwood made the quote that was popularly referred to as Atwood's Law: “Any application that can be written in JavaScript, will eventually be written in JavaScript.”

I learned c++ for a year then some java and read a little about python
While i was learning html css i was forces to learn js but i didnt
Before the exam i opened a video to learn js in one hour and i guess i am in love with this language right now

Simple to deal with
Object types are not important
(there is no int float string or what ever )
I justhave to use let or var

Function sorting is not that important
Not to mention that it can be ran by node js and the web browser and so more

Not to mention the function keyword
And the simplifizing of its usage

Thanks to who ever made it

Exactly JavaScript and Java seem much harder for beginners to learn than python

Obviously it depends but my suggestion is to learn python before attempting to learn JavaScript or Java

Python is used in AI and Ml as well as automation this is something that personally interests me so If you ask me

What’s the first programming language to learn

I’d say python
