I just tried this recipe for our New Year’s Day greens. It was by far the best greens I have ever cooked. The whole family loved them. They at all the greens and left behind meat.

I just made a huge pot of collards for Thanksgiving. My neighbors ask me to make them every year. Most had never had collards previous to the first time I took them to dinner. 👍🏽
