Tacx Neo bearing noise

When riding there's an audible noise, most noticeable when when the Neo is simulating down hill. It sounds like a worn bearing. Under power it's joined by a pulsing vibration that can be felt through the whole bike

This video is filmed with a brand new chain and cassette. I've also tried removing the free hub and adding additional grease.

Hi, have you solved the problem? I think mine has a similar issue. There's even a strong resonance at about 90 rpm. When I lean to the left, the sound and vibration stops. When I lean to the right the magnets hit the coils inside the freewheel. Tacx Neo support is not willing to help and referred me to local shops. Any idea?
