Tacx Neo - Low Frequency Vibration From Worn Bearing - Abnormal

This is an example of how the Neo (and presumably Neo 2) sound when the bearing has worn out. The bearing is press fit into the Neo disc, and will eventually wear from use, as all bearings do. Notice the slight increase in decibels, but the very noticeable increase in the low frequency thrumming with the old bearing.

How can I remove the bearings? Do I need an extractor? If not, how about the serrated piece over the smallest bearing? Help please!
