That way, I was able to follow-up by telling them: 1) How their response resonates with me; and 2) How I can meet that challenge (with examples from my previous work experience).

9:27 I will say, though, don't all type questions TOO EARLY, if they ASK YOU if you have any questions - because you may be cutting off your time to answer THEIR questions for you.

Natalie you are soooo gooood! It is so important to turn the interview into a conversation, looking into after 1year whats :) When I asked 'what is considered as a successful project manager' that's the role....they said 'everything'...what do you do with that??? The answer should be 'project should be within the budget, time and resources' only through measurable values you can see if PM is successful or not. Now I need to e-mail them if I am interested in the position, they want me, but I don't like this answer, it's like they don't know what they're looking for....so I can say I can improve the team and set the priorities and I garantiee more successful projects and more successful year ? Pls help :)

Question: I have gone on 3 interviews and landed those jobs. All of them were set up where the questions are asked at the end. I can see the value of asking the questions during the interview, however, I’m still not clear how that could be done. Could you please clarify

Hi Natalie, I wanted to ask you something ! I am at the final stage of the recruitment process for a company which I applied for 8 roles with them ... I gather from your video that I am supposed to ask questions focused on the company and how can i help the company, but i wonder if i could also ask if it would be possible to be invited for the other 7 intervews as well as i really wanna work for them (and making more interviews would maybe improve my chances) or that question would be inappropriate ?
