4 week Puppy Potty Training

hi! how do you transition from this method of potty training to training them to go outside????

I have 9 puppies here with mom who are almost 2 weeks old. I still have them in the kiddie pool but will be making a new setup by 1 week. What age should I start with trying the litter training? Thank you for your video. PS this was not a planned breeding so I am not set up for this
