I love all my tattoos but l didn't get any until I was 50. Tattoos are not immoral, illegal, or unhealthy, but they are an adventure that tells a story.

Right except that tattoo reserves a memory of a period in time where that Was That important to you. I can look at my different tattoos and it can take me back to the period of my life and remember being happy, sad, angry everything. Maybe I'm making it out to be more than it is but still.

I wanted one as a 20 something but had the same idea he expressed here. I have scars I have earned, I can't think of buying one that I might regret.

I like tattoos but on other people. I would not like it on my body. Most people who do tattoos regret about it even it was innocent small beautiful butterfly on the hand. As a human being we change everyday. In 5, 10, 15 years we are not the same persons at all.
This is the main reason we can regret about many things we did but now can't fix it.
If you want tattoo without regretting anything you should have a strong consciousness. Anyway you never know you have it until you check it by time. 😅 Paradox.

I have many tattoos I got when I was young and "sure" about everything. Now, a lot older, I regret them... But whatever, live and learn.

Ok. Not to devalue people with tattoos, the book does say not to. I thought it was cause of diseases and such. Have to say though my peircings have been removed. Nothing bad about it. Just different thoughts
