Why don't use set up the times using the automated rules inside of your ad account? Just set up a "turn ad set on" rule for 9 am and a "turn ad set off" rule at 5pm

I’m trying to run a campaign using a form with conditional logic on Facebook, but every time I check the form preview, it doesn’t work as expected. Instead of displaying questions based on the user's previous answers, it shows all the questions at once, ignoring the conditional logic. This defeats the purpose of having a streamlined, user-friendly experience. Is this a known issue, or is there something I might be missing in the setup?
